Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of use, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems

We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the situation and correct it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, after the return is accepted, make a new purchase of the desired item.

14-day resolution period (EU)

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to give a reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, informing you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and register the refund.
